To earn a verified seller badge, complete ID verification through our secure Stripe Identity process. This confirms your real identity and helps buyers trust you.

Verified sellers receive a badge on their profile, higher visibility in search results, and increased buyer trust.

Be prepared to answer health questions from buyers honestly and thoroughly via chat. Transparency builds trust and leads to more successful transactions.

Safe Collection & Storage

• •Wash hands thoroughly before expressing
• •Use clean, sterilized pump equipment
• •Store in BPA-free containers or breast milk storage bags
• •Label every bag with date, time, and volume
• •Freeze milk within 24 hours of expressing (ideally within 4 hours)
• •Use a dedicated freezer or deep freeze section (0°F or colder)
• •Do not mix warm milk with already frozen milk

Tips for Great Listings

• •Be specific about quantity available (total ounces)
• •Include the date range of milk (e.g., "expressed Sept-Nov 2024")
• •Mention your diet and any relevant info (dairy-free, organic, medications, etc.)
• •Set a fair price (market average is ~$1/oz)
• •Specify if you offer local pickup, shipping, or both
• •Upload clear photos of your storage setup if desired
• •Update listings when quantities change

Setting Your Price

• •The market average for breast milk is approximately $1/oz
• •Verified sellers may charge slightly more ($1.00-$1.25/oz) due to added buyer confidence
• •Factor in your costs (storage bags, freezer space, time spent expressing)
• •Shipping costs are typically separate and paid by the buyer
• •The platform charges a 10% fee on completed transactions
• •Buyers are charged a 3% payment processing fee on shipped orders (does not affect your payout)

Packaging & Delivery

• •Sellers are responsible for proper packaging to maintain milk quality
• •Use insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs
• •Ship overnight or 2-day to ensure milk stays frozen
• •Ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays
• •Provide the tracking number to the buyer promptly

• •Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours
• •Answer health and diet questions honestly and thoroughly

Maintaining Good Standing

Your account standing depends on maintaining honest and accurate listings, prompt and transparent communication with buyers, positive buyer reviews and ratings, and consistent adherence to these guidelines.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform depending on the severity and frequency of the offense.
